Accredited Certifier and the Principal Certifying Authority

Jennifer has been involved in the Building Industry for thirty years and has been a Building Surveyor since 1985. In February 2001 Jennifer was accredited by BSAP as a private certifier. Certiplan was founded and has processed developments ranging from awnings to unit developments, office buildings, retirement villages and various commercial developments.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree, a Certificate of Attainment in Building from Hawkesbury Agricultural College (now the University of Western Sydney). University of Technology Sydney courses include Development Control, Private Certification and Advanced Building. Jennifer is also a member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors
